Musher Dinner Information

We warmly invite you to join us for a relaxed and memorable evening with good food, friendly company, and the special atmosphere of the European Championships. The Musher Dinner is a wonderful opportunity to meet fellow competitors, team members, and supporters from across Europe, share stories from the trails, and enjoy time together within the sled dog community.

The dinner will take place at Gävle Golf Restaurant, a welcoming venue conveniently located just a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute drive from the Race Arena.

We look forward to welcoming you to an evening filled with friendship, international camaraderie, and celebration during the Championships.

To give as many guests as possible the chance to take part, the Musher Dinner will be offered on three evenings: Thursday 15 October, Friday 16 October, and Saturday 17 October. Seating is limited to a maximum of 160 guests per evening, and with more than 650 competitors registered for the Championships, we recommend booking early for guaranteed seating.

Vegetarian and special dietary options are available upon request.
Beverages are not included in the price. Beer, wine, cider, soft drinks, and non-alcoholic options are available for purchase at the bar.
