REGISTRATION & ELIGIBILITY

Entries are exclusively accepted through IFSS Voting National Members and Provisional Member Federations.

• Registration Process: All registrations must be sent to the IFSS Continental Directors for Latin America and North America, the Event Coordinator, and the VP Economy using the official IFSS Entry form.

Registration Deadlines:

1. July 7, 2026 (Ordinary Registration): Deadline for the registration of the number of qualified and pre-selected competitors. Total entry fees must be paid by this date.
2. July 14, 2026 (Late Entries): This is the final deadline to register the number of qualified competitors. Any registration or payment received after July 7 is considered a late entry and is subject to a 200% entry fee. No late entries will be accepted after this date.

• DID & Name Submission:

1.  July 21, 2026: This is the absolute latest date to register specific names and valid DID numbers. Information received after July 14 is subject to approval, and nothing will be accepted after July 21.
2. Relay Teams: Individual names for relay team members must be provided to the Race Marshal during the Team Leader meeting the day before the relay.

• Fees: Fees for registration and DID numbers must be paid separately and are generally non-refundable.
