REGISTRATION:

All Registrations and payments (including Relay teams) shall be done according to this schedule.
• All registrations shall be sent to the IFSS Continental Director Europe (europe@sleddogsport.net) and IFSS Event Coordinator (coordinator@sleddogsport.net) with a copy to IFSS VP Economic Affairs (economy@sleddogsport.net).
• The IFSS Entry form must be used (download from IFSS Website).
• Competitors to be seeded, pre-selected competitors and Registered Nordic Breed competitors shall be marked on the entry form accordingly.
• Entry fees are not refundable, except in the cases mentioned in the IFSS Championships and Masters Regulations.
• Fees for registration and for the DID number CANNOT be combined. Each fee must be paid separately. Please specify the payment in the bank transfer.


24th of August - Ordinary registration
– Registration of number of qualified competitors, including those who were pre
selected by IFSS (If possible, register with names and DID-no.)
– Ordinary entry fees paid for the total number of entries.
– Deadline for additional entry requests. Payment (200% of the regular entry fee) will be made after confirmation of the request has been given.

7th of September - Registration of additional entries
(subject to the approval of the IFSS)
– Latest date to register the number of additional entries.
NOTE! After this date no changes of class or more entries will be accepted.

14th of September - Last day to pay for DID-numbers
– Last day to pay for the DID-numbers.

21st of September - Names and DID-numbers
– Last day to register names and DID-numbers.
– Names and DID-numbers received after September 21, will not be accepted as entries.
– Individual names of the Relay team members shall be provided to the Race.
Marshal at the Team Leader meeting latest on Friday afternoon.

Immediately after September 7, the IFSS will notify the concerned federations if a class is cancelled due to lack of enough competitors for the European Champion or European Master title (criteria mentioned above).

All competitors must submit an IFSS Competitor Consent Form. For competitors younger than 18 years old on the first day of competition an IFSS Guardian Form also must be submitted.
